Trade fair and event transport from Allgäu

Trade fair and event transport

For a few pallets or a full load, planning starts with cargo dimensions, total weight, loading conditions and agreed time windows. Tell us separately whether collection or delivery has a fixed appointment. A time is required for each fixed appointment; otherwise you may provide it optionally.

Information that helps us plan

• Trade fair venue and complete collection and delivery addresses
• Dates and times for fixed collection or delivery appointments
• Pallet spaces or loading metres, total weight and cargo height
• Slot or collection note, access conditions and any deposit
• Site contact with a phone number and required loading assistance

You can attach slot confirmations and relevant documents to your enquiry. Permission to contact a site representative via WhatsApp is optional and requires a valid phone number. We review these details together before agreeing the transport.

How your transport starts

Describe your cargo in our transport enquiry. Enter collection and delivery locations, dates and the services required. We review your details and agree the next steps with you. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a binding transport booking.
